These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the digital products and services offered by LumiRiseApp (brand LumiRise App), through the website https://lumirise.app and associated applications.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

The Service

LumiRise offers digital products for learning, productivity, and personal development, including:

• Online courses and structured learning paths;
• Templates, models, and ready-to-use prompts;
• Interactive web mini applications (installable PWAs), with features for note-taking, task lists, and progress tracking.

All products are delivered digitally, with immediate access following payment confirmation. Access is granted through a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for individual use. You do not acquire ownership of the content, only the right to access and use it for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Reproducing, distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or transferring access or content of the products to third parties is prohibited, unless express written authorization is granted.

Account and Access

To access purchased products, you will need to create an account using a valid email address and a secure password. Your access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

Account sharing, simultaneous access by multiple users, or any use that violates the personal nature of the license may result in the suspension or cancellation of your access, without the right to a refund.

Purchases, Prices, and Payments

LumiRise digital products can be purchased through a one-time payment or recurring subscription (monthly or yearly), as indicated on each product page.

Payments are securely processed by the Stripe platform. LumiRise does not store complete credit card data. For purchases in Brazilian reais (BRL), the Pix payment option may be available.

Prices are presented in reais (BRL) or US dollars (USD), depending on your location and the chosen product. The displayed amounts already include applicable taxes in Brazil. International customers may be subject to taxes, fees, or currency conversions charged by their banks or local authorities, for which LumiRise is not responsible.

Recurring Subscriptions: if you subscribe to a product, payment will be automatically renewed at the end of each cycle (monthly or annually) using the registered payment method, until you cancel the subscription. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a proportional refund for the already paid period.

Refunds

According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49), online purchases of digital products have a right of withdrawal of 7 days from the purchase or first access to the content, whichever occurs first.

If an extended warranty period or special refund conditions are indicated on the product sales page, the more favorable term for the consumer will prevail.

To request a refund within the applicable period, send an email to contato@lumirise.app with the subject line "Refund Request," providing your name, registration email, and the purchased product. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 10 business days after approval.

After the warranty period, refunds are at the discretion of LumiRise, unless legally determined or if a defect in the product prevents its use.

Availability and Maintenance

LumiRise provides its digital services "as is" and "subject to availability". Although we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or without failures.

Access to products may be temporarily affected by:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Security updates, technical improvements, or infrastructure changes;
• Failures or interruptions of third-party services that we use (hosting, CDN, payment processing, email providers);
• Internet connectivity issues or user device/browser incompatibilities.

LumiRise is not responsible for losses, damages, or detriment resulting from temporary service unavailability and commits to restoring access as soon as reasonably possible.

Whenever feasible, we will provide prior notice of scheduled maintenance that may significantly affect access.

Content Updates and Service Evolution

LumiRise digital products — including courses, paths, materials, mini applications, and features — may be updated, modified, replaced, enhanced, or removed at any time at the sole discretion of LumiRise.

These changes may occur for quality reasons, pedagogical improvements, technical changes, legal compliance, or business strategy.

By purchasing a product, you gain access to the product as it is offered at the moment, understanding that it evolves over time. There is no guarantee that specific content, classes, tools, or features will remain available indefinitely.

Whenever possible, new content and improvements will be added to existing products at no additional cost for those who have already acquired them, but this does not constitute a contractual obligation.

Data Stored on Your Device

Some of our mini web applications (installable PWAs) allow you to create and store personal data directly on your device or browser — such as notes, personalized task lists, and reading progress records ("continue from where you left off").

This data is stored exclusively in the local storage of your browser or device. This means that:

• The data is not transmitted to LumiRise's servers;
• LumiRise does not have access, does not collect, and does not backup this data;
• The data does not sync between different browsers, devices, or after reinstallation;
• This data is permanently lost if you clear the browser or app data, uninstall the app, switch devices, or reinstall the browser.

You are solely responsible for manually backing up (when possible) this local information if you wish to preserve it. LumiRise has no way to recover this data and is not responsible for its loss.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by LumiRise — texts, images, videos, audios, codes, course structures, templates, designs, features, and trademarks — is protected by copyrights and intellectual property rights belonging to LumiRise or its licensors.

By purchasing a product, you receive a limited, personal, and non-transferable usage license, not ownership of the content.

It is expressly prohibited to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense the content or access;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from applications;
• Use the content to create derivative or competing products;
• Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or authorship attribution.

Violations of intellectual property may result in civil and criminal legal actions.

Acceptable Use

By using the LumiRise platform and products, you agree to:

• Not use the services for illegal, fraudulent activities or that violate third parties' rights;
